Caya Beach sits steps from Hin Kong Beach on Koh Phangan’s west coast — just across a quiet coastal lane, thirty seconds from the sand. You wake up, and the sea is simply there. That’s the entire concept.
Fourteen homes in all: ten one-bedroom homes with sea-view balconies, three garden houses, and one two-bedroom house for families and friends. Every home has a full kitchen. A shared pool sits on an open lawn of native planting — the kind of space that asks nothing of you.
Caya is made for staying rather than visiting — homes instead of rooms, kitchens instead of minibars, and a team on the island every day. Stay a week if that’s what you have. Most of what makes this place work reveals itself over a month.

Getting there
Fly into Koh Samui (USM) or Surat Thani (URT), then take a ferry to Koh Phangan (30–45 min). From the pier: taxi, scooter, rental car, or a Satori pickup — just let us know. We arrange transfers for all guests.
